Delivery Schedule:We will make every effort to get our products to you as quickly as possible. Our standard delivery terms are 2 working days. You will be notified within 1 working day if there is to be a delay. Delivery ChargesDelivery charges are not included in the price of each item. They are based on weight of product and will be seen when you view your basket prior to being asked to confirm acceptance of your order. Delivery will be made between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please feel free to list a delivery address other than your home if you are more readily available to accept deliveries there during these hours (i.e. place of employment). Faulty or Damaged StockAll of our products are professionally and securely packaged, If when you receive your goods they are found to be faulty, have been damaged in transit, we will be pleased to replace them at the discretion of the customer. All faulty or damaged goods must be notified to Petcare within 5 working days of delivery of the product. We reserve the right to replace individual components. Our products are of the highest quality, but it is important to mention that no dog toy is absolutely indestructible. Dogs should be supervised at all times when playing with toys. ComplaintsPetcare is committed to maintaining high standards of customer service including our handling of any customer complaints. Please e-mail us if you wish to make a complaint. We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days. We will contact you by e-mail or by phone if you prefer. When acknowledging complaints we will also advise you what steps we are taking to resolve it and the time-scale involved.
